Joint life coverage is also available to protect both of you if you have a joint mortgage. This is a term insurance policy that insures your mortgage up to your outstanding balance or the maximum issue limit of $300,000. Premiums are paid directly to CBL as your mortgage lender and can be conveniently included with your mortgage payments.
